I’m a freelance cinematographer based in sunny Southern California. I find myself on a variety of sets from corporate, product, lifestyle and my favorite - the great outdoors. No matter the job, I bring in an authentic ‘run and gun’ documentary style that has been often referred to as timeless.

My upbringing as a solo, independent ‘run ‘n gun’ documentary cinematographer required me to wear many hats. I learned to be nimble, flexible and to work with what’s been given to me- while still delivering a high quality product. Even though I find myself on larger sets- sometimes solo, sometimes with a small crew. I still find these skillsets to come through.

The work that comes through has so much variety- sometimes it’s video focused and I have a small crew. Often times it’s a split photo / video set and video takes a backseat. I feel at home in both realms and can get the job done- even if only given a few minutes to shoot a look.

When not working, you can find me surfing Northside Huntington Beach, running the HB bike path, hiking, camping or creating videos for my filmmaking YouTube channel.
